Our pricing is simple: a travel fee based on your distance from us, plus $15 per notarized signature as set by California law. Call us with your location and we'll give you an exact quote in seconds.
Notarization Fee

The $15 per signature fee is the maximum allowed under California law (Government Code §8211). This applies to each notarized signature regardless of document type.
Travel Fees by Zone

Additional Surcharges

Example: A notarization with 2 signatures at a hospital 25 minutes away on a Saturday evening would be: $125 (Zone 2 travel) + $30 (2 signatures at $15 each) + $25 (weekend surcharge) + $50 (hospital surcharge) = $230.
Note: All signers must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification. Exact pricing is quoted at time of booking based on your location, appointment time, and number of signatures required. Payment is due at time of service.
